Question by AladdinZane: Hotel advice – lousy service, screwed up my first day (Scotland)?
My 5 year old son and I arrived at 3pm for a two night stay at a hotel in Glasgow Scotland. After we unpacked and were about to leave for the evening water started to pour into the bathroom from the room above. I called the staff and they said someone would come up immediately. Nobody did. They said they’d try to find us a new room.

About 20 minutes passed and nobody contacted us. I packed up all our stuff and headed to reception. The receptionist was really unhelpful and said that no manager was available to be contacted. Receptionist said he would give me an address to . . . → Read More: Hotel advice – lousy service, screwed up my first day (Scotland)?
